Managed LLM services

Power and control.
AI your way.

AI can transform how your organisation uses knowledge and gets work done. We help you discover where that power belongs, apply it with practical controls and shape it around the way you work.

The opportunity

The next step may already be hiding in your work

Transformation rarely begins with a grand AI strategy. It begins where valuable knowledge is hard to find, repeated work absorbs good people, or systems hold information without helping anyone act on it.

Knowledge is scattered

Useful information lives across policies, procedures, websites, shared drives, inboxes and people’s experience.

Questions repeat

Teams spend time finding, explaining and rewriting information they have already handled before.

Systems lack context

Existing applications hold the records, but they do not bring the right context together for the task at hand.

This is where discovery starts: one important workflow where AI can make a real difference, bounded by the knowledge, people and controls that make it trustworthy.

Discover the opportunity

Control begins with the right problem

The most promising opportunities are bounded, repeated and supported by information your organisation already trusts. They offer meaningful improvement without asking you to surrender control.

Find trusted answers

Help staff locate answers across approved policies, procedures and service information, with the supporting sources kept visible.

Prepare consistent first drafts

Draft customer responses, summaries or service information from approved material before a person reviews and sends it.

Work through documents

Extract, compare and summarise information from reports, requests, quotes or job documents while preserving a path back to the source.

Support onboarding and handover

Give people a governed way to learn how work is done without relying on one colleague’s memory or availability.

Your guide from possibility to practice

You know the work. We help AI serve it.

The model is only one component. We guide the decisions around knowledge, workflow, integration, controls and ongoing operation—so the capability becomes yours, not a black box imposed on you.

Opportunity and readiness

Define the workflow, users, source material, risks and practical measures of success before committing to a build.

Knowledge and workflow design

Decide what the service may use, where human judgement belongs and how an answer moves into real work.

Integration and delivery

Connect the LLM service to approved content and existing applications through clear, supportable interfaces.

Managed operation

Evaluate quality, observe usage and cost, control changes, update knowledge and respond when the service needs attention.

What experience has taught us

Power and control belong together

Our experience across cloud applications, custom software and systems integration has taught us that transformative technology becomes dependable only when the surrounding system is designed with equal care.

Focus the power

Start with one bounded workflow. It creates clearer decisions, safer testing and a more honest measure of value.

Ground it in trusted sources

Good answers depend on current, authorised and well-understood source material.

Keep people in the decision

Review, escalation and accountability need an explicit place wherever judgement matters.

Own what happens next

Models, knowledge and business rules change. A useful service needs someone responsible after launch.

Your way forward

From possibility to value

You bring the understanding of your organisation. We guide the technical choices, surface the trade-offs and build the controls with you. Each stage turns possibility into evidence, and evidence into a service that can earn its place.

Discover

Identify one opportunity where AI could make a meaningful difference.

Workshop

Map the workflow, knowledge, users, risks and practical measures of success.

Pilot

Build a focused working service around representative work and approved knowledge.

Review

Evaluate quality, usability, risk and cost with the people who understand the outcome.

Deployment

Put the proven service into real work with integration, ownership, controls and support.

Rewards

Realise value, learn from use and keep improving the service as your organisation evolves.

Begin the journey

Start with one opportunity worth exploring

Bring us one repeated, knowledge-heavy workflow. Together, we map the task, source material, systems, users and control points. We identify where AI could change the work, where control must sit and whether to proceed, narrow the idea or use a different approach.

Explore with confidence

Power deserves good questions

Good guidance does not remove every uncertainty. It makes the choices, boundaries and responsibilities visible before AI becomes part of the work.

Is an LLM the right answer for every repeated workflow?

No. Some problems are better solved with clearer content, search, automation or a conventional application. The first job is to choose the right approach, not to justify an LLM.

What information can the service use?

That is defined deliberately. We identify approved sources, access rules, ownership and update responsibilities before the service is relied upon.

How do you reduce unreliable answers?

By grounding the service in approved information, keeping sources visible where appropriate, testing representative tasks and placing human review wherever the consequence requires judgement.

Can it work with our existing applications?

Often, provided those systems expose suitable interfaces and the access can be controlled. Integration is assessed as part of the workflow rather than assumed.

What does “managed” mean?

The agreed service can include quality evaluation, usage and cost observation, knowledge updates, controlled model or prompt changes, issue response and ongoing improvement. The exact responsibilities are made explicit for each engagement.

What happens in the first conversation?

We focus on the work: what repeats, who is involved, where trusted information lives and what a useful result would look like. You do not need to prepare an AI strategy first.
